Hello guys, I am new to the forum although I have been using it for about 4 years and relying on your knowledge.

I open this post because I own a 2004 yamaha blaster, 4 years have already passed with it and the time has come to trick it.

My big doubt since living in Spain I can only buy easily or that is what I create the big bore vitos kit, is it because you always say that you have to change the kit's piston?

I would like to mount a 36mm mikuni carurator, is it too big?

Greetings to all and thanks for the help

I have a 2005 blaster that I built using all vitos parts. It has the 240 big bore with 3mm stroker, vitos fat bastard pipe, vitos billet reed cage and spacer with carbon flex 2 reeds, 35mm pwk kehin carb, 4 degree timing key, vitos clutch kit and a few more engine parts from vitos. I have had zero issues with their parts so far and the thing straight rips. The only thing I recommend is make sure you buy the kit with the forged wisco piston!!! Not the one with the vitos cast piston.. It cost like 50-60 bucks more but is worth it.

Get the big bore kit which is 72mm bore.
The stock cylinder can only go to 68mm
Which is not considered a big bore.
36mm carb is pretty big. You won't have the velocity you need at lower rpms
