Yeah, I would not do it. I could see if it ran fine but needed a cosmetic fix up.
Banshees are twice the problem, twice the headaches and twice the money. Stick with your Blasty! My $.02

    good call mike !!!!!

we have a guy on CL in this side of the state who wants to trade a shee for a blaster, first the ad said the crank was out,
now, possibly new owner ?? same pic in the ad.
it says left cylinder is out,
when my buddy was texting him about doing a trade, when he mentioned bringing his mechanic to inspect it, the guy quit texting back, LOL

    Banshee all the way..
I would see if he would drop the price so you have another project.Fixed up banshee can go for up to 8000.Much more parts for the banshee plus they are the rut deamon of all quads.

Man up and get the BANSHEE!!!

Mine was in a hell of a lot worse condition than that.I was lucky enough to have 105 psi in one cylinder and 110 in the other but it didnt matter i was building the engine from scratch. My frame too was bent broken and had a major crack up near the steering stem. All easy fixes took it to work and fixed it all and even added gussets to strengethen it all up before powdercoating.

I like the blasters dont get me wrong theyre fun and fast for what they are but you start building that shee and taste that 350 twin and you will forget you own a blaster. If my old lady wasnt riding my blaster id sell it just to mod the shee more.

Only drawbacks to the shee are prices of stuff and choices.Theres literally tons of mods that can be done from mild to wild and then some and it dont take long to have a small fortune in these things trust me.

I wouldnt trade in that condition but id jew him down and get it cheap and start the last quad project youll ever do since these things are never really finished.lol

I can at any time list atleast 1k + of parts and mods i want.
