The cdi is black box under hood, there is also silver tors brain and tors is the throttle saftey system that will not alow bike to start if its not wired properly or removed

You have a 2003+ need to search on how to eliminate it. Trust us, the TORS Brain will cause all kinds of problems. Also check parking brake switch.

IF you had a showroom blaster and disconnected the parking brake sensor off of perch INCORRECTLY
disconnect black/black yellow off of carb and the throttle switch wire..........
IT WOULD STILL START!
I HAD ONE NEARLY SHOWROOM AND HAVE DONE IT.
IT is the HAND ME DOWN blaster with people who don't take care of them
leave THEM outside in rain never check flywheel stator for condensation like all mx/atv manuals tell you to do
all in all it would still start with tors activated.
WHEN YOU ADD NEGLECTED blaster's then no start but....
can you agree that a showroom blaster would start???

if you were to splice the BLACK/BLACK YELLOW STRAIGHT OFF OF THE CDI EVERYTHING ELSE WOULD NOT MEAN DICK......ON THE 03-06 CDI

Did you do the TORS elimination properly ? The TORS doesn't eliminate the spark, it retards it to the point where the engine barely runs.
Have you checked flywheel key??

120 psi is normal sooo what really happened
electrical?
fuel ?
what else have you tried?
It would be best to start your own thread so as not to jumble things together.
List all symptoms, all mods and EVERYTHING you have done, tested,and tried. This will save time.
Ok figured out problem think i some how warped piston only thing i can think of..dont know how
