Backfire bad

Im dylan bought a 91 blaster 5 months ago ran fine stator went out replaced it the coil, spark plug wire, flywheel key, cleaned carb, new plug.. After i replaced the key it backfired bad. Got it worked out i thought got it running good went to hits some trail stopped to take a break bam started again.. Tried pulling it off it was bogging down woudnt run.

Help please about had enough i dont think it like me
 
Flywheel key and cracked/broken reeds are the 2 common causes of backfires.

when you replaced the flywheel key did you lap the flywheel and crank tapers together ?
torque flywheel nut to specs ?

the taper fit is what holds the flywheel tight, the key just locates it for timing, if the taper needs attention it could shear again instantly even with a new key.
