My, new to me a arms from craigslist have 14mm x 1.25 thread a arm ends. They do not fit a Banshee spindle. Who would have the same shaft that would fit a Banshee spindle?

Presume you're talking about the ball joints, and taper doesn't fit the spindle?

Correct. The taper is too large to fit into the spindle.

I passed on a set of J-arms that needed new joints. 87 Warrior style, from some place in England, $70 EACH  .plus the ride.
I can get new Stellar arms for about $500
