Are these really rare or repowdercoated?

This guy is a little paranoid he talks about ramming people with his truck lmao!!! But are these tires official or they just have been re powder coated? They look in good condition or may be a good deal for someone in need of the yellows I'm just curious..... they look a little brighter just a tad than the original yellows anyone else think so?

if they were taken off the quad 20 years ago and in storage since, why would he put new holeshots on just the rears a few years ago, but leave the stock fronts on them ?
