Okay so i sent my cylinder off to get bored 40 over after i blew my blaster. but while i have everything tore down what other things do i have to do for the build as far as jetting it correctly? also what all can i do for power? new reeds, exhaust, head work, lightened flywheel? What is gonna give me the most bang for my bucks? I'm new too the 2 stroke world but so far i love it. My buddy has a stock warrior and all i ever see is his taillights, i need yalls help to change that!!

Did you have the cylinder measured to determine if you needed 40 over?
When you get it back make sure the ports are adequately chamfered. Wash the cylinder with soap and water, IMMEDIATELY after dry and oil it. This is to remove all particles from bore/hone.

As far as power increase pipe, porting, and head mod (in that order, if you can only afford one at a time) is best bang. Your mods have to work together. Dual stage reeds can be added with the pipe because they’re cheep, and you have it apart.
Never did say how much your budget is.
Lightened flywheel doesn’t add any more power, only allows it to rev quicker.
