88 or 89 blaster no start

Sorry if my question has already been answered her I couldnt find it.
I just purchased a 88 or 89 blaster not sure witch and i cant get it to start i have cleaned gas tank and added new 91 octane mix 32:1 as there is no longer oil reservoir switched out carburetors to one I know works good changed reeds new spark plug ngk br9es has good blue spark ran compression test twice at wot said around 135 psi I also ohm test on stator Blake wire to black/red said 186 and black to white/red 18.4 could this be my problem o and it does look like tors system has been deleted any response will greatly appreciated thank u for your time

New reeds or different old reeds? Float level set? Check exhaust for mouse nest.
Though I'll get flamed, try starting fluid. If it fires it's fuel related, if not ignition.
Unplug TORS brain, 3 wire plug under hood.

Old reeds from my 02 blaster that still runs like a champ but yes used and r u saying float level set as in the carb bowl wat do u mean set the carb is also off my 02 blaster I tried starting fluid as my last resort but same thing I will check exhaust for anything and recheck for tors box then reply

Also check flywheel key. ONLY use proper flywheel puller !!!
