04 blaster no spark

Just picked up an 04 blaster. Has no spark and wiring is a mess .Has tors removed and from what i can tell seems wired right now but still no spark. I need to know how to test the coil, stator, and cdi .I dont have a manual so can someone tell me how to test them?

Should have test procedures. CDI can NOT be tested.
You THINK it's right? (Means it's FUBAR)

Search 03-06 TORS delete to make sure it's correct.
Check switches and ground.

I checked the switch it only has the kill no key. Im not sure the tors delete is done right but none of its there .One thing i found that seems wrong to me is the with the stator unplugged i have continuity from the black wire to the frame .Is that normal?
