replacement carb

Hey guys, Just picked up a stock blaster with air box removed, protec expansion with stock silencer. It came with a cheap Amazon carb and I want to replace it. tors has been removed but they didn't out in an idle screw. What's my best option for low budget replacement? Is this a real mikuni...
