Raising this baby from the DEAD!!!!!! So a small update... Got piston and top end to engine shop.. piston was too small..the top end was pretty pooched, needed to go from 67.2mm to 68mm even.... had to buy a new piston again for $100.... was $75 for the engine service, they also threw in...

Gt word from the engine shop...it's all good perfect fit on 68mm and piston is perfect..I'm picking it up Thursday when I'm over that way for work again.....engine shop was Parry Automotive in orillia Ontario

Is it something you could order at the dealer here????

I think USPS has a flat rate box to Canada now that I seen on tv.....not sure what it costs or if shocks will fit tho... Cheers

I ended up having to go to 68mm after I bought this one...the store won't take exchanges.... They run about $100 on eBay....I'm interested in trading for other blaster parts.... Just leave what you have in the thread and I'll check to see how sh*tted mine is.....it will be easier then me taking...

Just when I thought i was getting ahead on my blaster adventure, the engine shop called....my piston is too small...the sleeve was 67.20 when I measured, I bought 67.5 thinking that would be more then enough...he said we need to go 68 to be sure it's clean of shadowing... So I went to try to...

I think your old blue and yellow blaster might be back up for sale with a blown top end....I seen one on kijiji that looked very similar..
