Looking at a 1998 blaster that has frame damage. The thing is the damage is right at the vin making the vin unreadable. The seller had no problems righting a bill of sale seem pretty honest the engine had the proper numbers on it. Tag under the seat still there. Would you have any problems...

So on a new topend any need to run any differant oil ? Ive never really gotten a clear answer on this subject from any of my local guys.

Well painted the the wheels this past weekend. Now the wheels are painted every thing else has been highlighted. So thinking of taring it down this weekend and painting the frame and plastic. Going to go with SEM hyper base coral on the frame and a matt black plastic with some type of graphics...

Fould out a pluge out in the middle of now where. Some one had a spare for rm125 ngk b7es not a b8es one hotter. Ran alot better cleaned out faster resited loading up. Im thinking using the hotter b7es insted of the b8es. Did a plug reading on it it was spot on. I thought 1 number hotter...

probably has been answered before. But I couldn't find it I have basically stock (fmf pipe and turbine core 2 silencer) with 18 inch hole shots. What's the best gearing to use for mostly trail ridding. I don't thank I'm getting best umpth out of it?? Also opinions on a spark arrested silencer...

What I have is a 2001 model. After ridding it pretty hard this weekend noticed when turned it off it would back fire out the silencer? Not loud more like flaming sound. New to the blasters don't know if thats the way thay are or needs work? Engine is noisey at idle. Compreshion is good 123 psi...

Well just sold my bike and got a 2001 blaster. My question how long can you go on a top end on these engines? Before your pushing your luck. The fellow I got it from had it a year with out a rebuild. Still has good compression.
