    Blaster Carb Rebuild?

It may, you'll need to reset the float level as well. the float being off could cause these symptoms on it's own.

    Blaster Carb Rebuild?

Give it a good cleaning, and then start with a 290 main, and 32.5 pilot (assuming that this is a stock carb)

    Rodeo Blaster Power

If rules allow an aftermarket cylinder, and your budget will allow it, do it! An aftermarket pipe should be at the top of the list as well. Then I would lower it, and look into what guys do for flat track type setups. (Asuming it's the kind of ATV Rodeo stuff they do around here down-back, and...

IIRC amsoil recommends running 50:1. amsoil makes very high quality performance oils. If I could get dominator locally I would run that instead of KLOTZ.

    +2 swingarm

I paid half that for mine haha. and these Laeger arms are tested through the desert and race Baja. It's still heavy for being moly, but these things actually retail for around 800 bucks.

most likely the kickstart is installed improperly. are you sure that the engine isn't locked up???? what type of fuel mix have you been using? do you still use the oil injection?? I have a bad feeling that if you were putting 2 stroke oil in the transmission, that there are larger issues on...

    Billet parts and mild rebuild

the external seals should do a fine enough job keeping the crap out of the grease and subsequently the bearings. to each their own! I would like it better sans sealed bearings

    KOR 6mm stroker crank !!!!!!

something that also helps this is that the vito's rod has a smaller pin than what the stock one uses IIRC. good, common sense thinking can go a long way on a build like this! is this a stock length blaster rod or did you go with the longer banshee length rod on this project?

    Ripping splines?

most likely he messed up the hub on the first failure, and that's what did in the rest of them. and sudden forces (ie dropping the clutch) can really wreck stuff. having the chain too tight can also cause excessive wear on everything

    KOR 6mm stroker crank !!!!!!

this is similar to how the "big national" builders used to build 200cc class engines, but they would de-bore the engine with a smaller diameter sleeve and a stroker crank to stay at the stock displacement. curious to see how it works out with the bigger bore!!!
