Just had my lt250r ported. Basically lost all bottom end but it pulls like crazy up top now. You can get porting done to match your needs though. Have the power come on wherever you like. I have heard it the best bang for your buck for 2 strokes.

Is it sealed off at both ends? Small crack in the line maybe. Pour a bit of gas down the cylinder and start it up, see if it pulls the gas through.

If its best when the air screw is in all the way, you may need to bump up the pilot jet.

The Polaris sleds have a bad reputation in my family which is why I stay clear of them completely haha.

auto, NA. still a fun car though. use it as my daily driver and traffic out of downtown Toronto at rush hour everyday is stop and go so I chose an automatic. and couldnt find a turbo in decent condition (body wise)

forgot to mention, I also fabbed up the fmf silencer from my busted ass blaster on to the stinger from the rotted out DG silencer I had on. sounds very nice.

for you guys that do professional engine work, are you able to give me some info of what to expect with the porting done on this cylinder. im assuming its very minor by the looks of it.

is your friend familiar with blasters? because what sounds like piston slap in another bike could just be the noisy blaster. they top end itself tends to make a lot of noise easily heard over the stock exhaust.

I installed the same clutch. Only soaked the plates while I was taking the old one out, not 24 hours. I did however file down some grooves in the basket and I can hit neutral super easy. were you able to get into neutral before?

Is your exhaust heat shield loose?
