I did get one off ebay that I thought would be the same size, but the compressor wheel is slightly bigger, which cannot be good because of how long it took...

    Got the new to me turbo. Has some side to side shaft play... but has not hit the housings so whatever. No front to back play. It is a td025m but has a larger compressor wheel. Not sure how this is going to affect anything... the exhaust side is the same though. I am going to get a new pump...

    Yeah I found some smaller ones. I was like !!!!!!!!!! Then read the description and it said water cooled. :( Don't wanna run a watercooled turbo with no water going to it. Scared of messing it up

    Gonna use the same turbo only diff is a internal wastegate. I am gonna do it right this time though, gonna try to find mandrel bends and stuff. Should be sweet. Dunno about the ceramic coating though. Ill powder coat the intake though. I can do that myself B).

    A blow through set up would be a pain. Cars with a blow through set up have special carbs made for boost. Would be a beast to tune too probably. I am using a draw through set up. I think I am going to change the way I have it mounted slightly and move the carb to the back. Will have to wait...

    boost was ~5-8psi. Felt like a solid 40-50% which should be about right for that kinda boost. Could have just been me expecting a diff though lol I will deff. Dyno this thing.

    Oil is to lube it and to cool it. Yeah I forgot to switch the pump on is why it died. Ate up the bearings. X(

    If the bore has any big scores or scratches on it that honing would not get out I would deff. bore it. U should hone it anytime u rebuild to help the rings seat

Everyone just telling me to get a new one, don't know if it is shops wanting me to buy a turbo from them or what. I just find it hard to believe that it cost 350-400 dollars to put...

    U sure the carb was reassembled correctly? not kncking you just asking. also make sure the little screw on the side of the carb is 1 1/2 half out. just screw it all the way in and unscrew it 1 and a half turn out.

    Eh. Yeah but then I would have excuse for a 240 BB :D.. Yeah turbo is cheaper than motor though cause im broke.. Just sucks it goes out like this! X(
