    chain rollers

    well iam going to grind them off and make a new spacer with a bolt thru it. it will be made out of stressproff so it should last longer. iam making the roller insert out of delrin plastic. Anybody have the bearing rollers would like to know how they work. I might make a set.

    I have worn thru the rollers and the frame pins now have gouges in them. Are they replaceable or do i have to cut them off and figure out some new ones. Any help would be wonderfull. thanks

    I can't find a sticker or a part number on the axle or hub the only numbers are4-100mm and thats the wheel stud measurment.

    I have a axle with 26 splines and its bigger than stock and can't figure out what axle it is. Or what hub I need cause I stripped one.:(

    I counted the splines and there are 26 so I think its aftermarket but don't know wich one.

    I stripped the splines off a rear hub and got some for a blaster but the splines on the axle are bigger then the hub. The studs for the wheel are the same as a stock blaster. So anyone know what kind of axle I have any help would be helpfull. The guy I bought it from said it had a banshee axle...

    Clutch is hard to pull in!

    don't ride it like that for too long I had mine break off at the lever and left me stranded. it was getting harder and harder to pull in. we pushed it and kicked it in gear and made it home

    sounds like the intake is blocked or reeds are wore out

    I run a K&N clamp on filter I got from a parts store but make sure you don't get the stock one its not clamp on. I had the same problem when I installed my reed spacer It bent the intake so not much air could get by. I have the K&N part number if you want it. let me know

    check you're floats and needle and seat while you're in there.

    I would say you're going to have to rebuild cause carb cleaner will eat through plastic and rubber so your floats and needle and seat are toast which is where your gas is coming from

    you probably wouldn't notice it and waste your money.

    problems

    the needle and seat are bad if to much gas is entering and not shutting off when full. or floats are bad and not telling the needle to shut off the fuel it will run out the overflows if its the floats. does it smoke much when running?
