Ive adjusted the clutch lever for less free play, changed oil, new clutch disks, basket not grooved. Its about impossible to get the thing in neutral when its running. What am I missing

Seems to be the opposite of most problems on here (bad Voltage regulator and blowing bulbs). Blaster been sitting for oh lets say 10 years. When I turn on the headlight, the light is like brown and very very dim. Any ideas?

I think that was the year they went to the hydraulic brakes, 2003? Has anyone done the conversion? are the ball joints the same? Just swap the spindles and bolt on the new components?

just found this place.. started racing MX on a blaster about 15 years ago. since moved on to 250r's and zilla's. My two younger brothers each got their turn to learn on the blaster. We still have it and it still gets some dune and trail use. Now its time for a rebuild, so I'll be here the...

i put trx front shocks on my blaster for MX use. I was wondering how they compare to using the banshee/400ex/yfz front shocks, if anyone has ran a few setups....
