blaster dumping fuel out of the exhaust

don't know where my post went, but it can also be crankcase filled with gas. usually caused by a carb problem. (especially if someone has plugged the overflow hose on the bowl, or misadjusted floats. etc.) can also be caused by a broken piston skirt. i would check the oil, make sure it doesn't...

blaster dumping fuel out of the exhaust

It can also be that fuel has overflowed through the carburetor into the crankcase, if that happens and the crankcase gets filled with oil/fuel mixture then the piston when it comes up will suck fuel out of the crankcase and into the exhaust port.. check the oil level also remove the oil fill cap...

    Computer (unichip) for blaster.

the tors unit has a switch, and there is one in the thumb throttle, and under the hood on the earlier models the is a box with a triangle connector. this is the control for the over-rev switches (as told by vito's) unplugged all three and the 1993 blaster would finally rev up.

    Computer (unichip) for blaster.

i put a bbk and a 3mm stroker in the 93 blaster, and had to unplug the over -rev switches and the triangle connector for the over-rev box under the hood. it wouldn't rev up just bogged down no matter how i jetted it. i have been building and modding engines for years but it took a week of me...

    Computer (unichip) for blaster.

iam not aware of a hotcdi for a blaster, but the only cut off switches iam aware of are the over-rev switches. those can be unplugged on the earlier model atvs (in fact i unplugged mine when i put the big bore kit on, i had to in order to get the carb tuned in for the bb kit) and you would...
