I can not find yamabond 4 at any of my part stores locally all I can find is the yamabond 5 is that ok to use on case half on my blaster or is there a permatex that would work

Had a question about the tors system. Read somewhere that you can disconnect the wiring for it and leave the unit untop of carb is that true when doing that do you still need an idle screw ? And new throttle cable? Not sure exactly how the tors system works any help would be appreciated thanks
