I’ve had a Chinese $40 carb on my kdx 250 blaster and it runs fine? the jetting is the same as stock and the only problem I’ve had is you have to hold the choke up or the button thing will go down on it’s own and it’s a little hard to start but I don’t think that’s the carbs fault

So enough sitting and procrastinating I took off all the jb weld Took out the shift shaft and straightened it the best I could with the help of a hydraulic press cleaned everything with a wire wheel and I ground down the two broken off pieces so they sit nice and flush to the shift shaft...

Just the left Case seems to be around $70 I’m not positive but I’m pretty sure the motor is a 1993 and the frame is an 2003

It’s real nice and it’s got lots of low end torque vibrates quite a bit at high rpm though then again not everything is fully mounted this is also a kdx 250r motor cause it’s got the bigger carb so it’s got a lot of power i like it a lot and I found a few cases on eBay but there’s a motorcycle...

Well I installed the new radiator and got running like a top and then the shifter scraped the ground and broke the case along with bending the shift shaft :/ I jb welded it for now until I decide what I want to do it still shifts and runs fine it just leaks ALOT so I’m not sure what I plan on...

I’m going to use a Mojave radiator and what causes the frame to crack? Wouldn’t the only support the head mount is providing side to side movement?

I put a kdx 250 motor in a blaster 6.5in stretch (I think) It runs next up is the cooling system Any ideas? Guy told me it’s an 2003 (I bought it as a roller with no motor) disc brakes front and rear no gussets and I’m only using 2 mount points which will probably change if it breaks
