I run a FMF Fatty pipe on mine with stock airbox and jetting didn't change, Fatty is for a full RPM range boost. I would check the reeds to be sure they are seating properly. they have a huge effect on the intake charge. Once that is solved, try a 3/8" intake spacer and a +4 degree flywheel key...
