Hi, I am looking to buy a 03-06 brake petal for my hydraulic brake conversion, rather than welding stuff to the original brake petal, i am going to just use the 03-06 pegs and pedal, then make mounts for the master cylinder/caliper, but i can not find anyone selling a brake petal for this year...

Thanks, I ended up holding it by the spindle and hitting directly on the top of the threads on the ball joint. The threads were already messed up so I didn’t care about destroying them, as long as I got the spindle off in one piece.

I was taking apart my blaster today to get a bunch of stuff powdercoated, but the left side spindle is stuck on the lower control arm. Any one have the same issue? I've tried hitting it with a hammer, using heat, and penetrating oil, hasnt moved a bit. Anyone know how to get it off?

Oh yea, i forgot to mention, I wasn't planning on putting the headlight in. But would there be enough clearance for a radiator?

Yes, hasnt overheated once on me. The 1982 yz250 was made with only one radiator. Would the vents through the hood not give enough air flow?

Hey guys I'm wondering how much room is there behind the hoods on the 03-06 blasters? Reason is because I got a yz250 motor in a 98 blaster and im planning on getting a newer hood, since they look real nice and ive heard they do fit, but im wondering how much room there is behind the hood...
