I got my needle set on the bottom notch. I have v-force reeds and aftermarket DG exhaust. My air filter is clean. But I don't have a cover for my air box. Do u think I shld move my needle up a notch or two?

Can anyone help me out here. I have a 2003 Yamaha blaster it runs fantastic.... Until I hit water or mud. Then it boggs out or does when I hit the throttle. What am I getting wet that I shldnt be? Can I not run it through mud or water? I don't understand.

I Think it's installed properly. The snap ring is what I just bought and installed. It sits in that spot about 4 or 5:00. But yes I think the idler gear isn't moving in and out. That wld make sense. Any ideas.

Idle gear seems fine. Spring seems fine. I just bought the clip it was missing figuring that wld do it. But it still doesn't work.
