Hey are you still selling those leak down testers? I put in a new sudco carb and I’m still having high idle issues. Idle is all over the place.

Removed the black stuff. It had been shaved down and threaded. I bought a idle screw and the screw was to small for the hole.

Where can I get a complete carb already put together bolt in and ready to go? A good one?

He said the Stock carb parts will fit but I have the k and l carb kit in the carburetor I have now. I asked the guy what the specs are in those jets and he said main 230 and other 32.5 I believe those are correct. So you think I should buy that housing and switch it all over?

Well not sure if you remember our conversation about the carb but the idle screw you suggested was to small for the hole that’s there. Would be nice to be able to fix that somehow. You know where to get a helicoil tha would work? Or if that’s a good idea?

Hey so I got the black stuff out of the idle screw hole but they cut the idle screw hole back does that matter at all? Here is a couple pics. Do you have a recommendation on where to get an idle screw for this? Thanks!

Thank you for the response. As you can see the tors has been deleted and the air screw has been blocked by some kind of black stuff.

I’m having issues with my 2001 blaster not idling. If I don’t give it gas at a stand still it stalls out. Also there is some kind of problem I’m noticing when riding that has to do with the carb I believe. I’ve had the carb rebuilt but the idle screw has been taken out and plugged. Someone...
