    Blaster clutch help

    So I’ve had my clutch apart maybe 10 times. Replaced the push rods and ball. Plates ect: the first time the one rod broke. But now after riding for an hour I lost all clutch lever. Any help?

    Vibrating again help!!!

    Ok so the last post was about a bad bad vibration. It’s a 04 blaster. I thought I fixed the issue. It appeared the counter balance for the crank had come lose. Causing the vibration. I tightened it down and went to ride again. All was good for about 45 seconds and now we’re back to vibrating...

    Kick starter

    been working on my 99 blaster. The kick starter wouldn’t recoil, Took it apart now it recoils and works properly until I install the clutch cover. Once tightened the kick starter is hard to kick over and will not recoil. Any ideas? Another question is what would the cash value be of a blaster...

    Oil injection

    I’m deleting my oil injection system. It’s become a hassle leaking occasionally having to replace the seal ect. Would I have to run a bigger main jet and pilot jet when premixing vs oil injection??

    Jetting v2

    back again with another question. A previous thread said switch my main jet to a 240-250. Well I threw a 250 in and now it bogs and dies. Runs like crap. But I can’t find the stock 230. Any suggestions how to make it work? Modifications I can do? Ect..

    Fatty pipe help.

    I have a 99 blaster that has a dg fatty pipe with the dg silencer. Could I use a different silencer like pro circuit with the dg fatty pipe and get good results or would they stay the same? Jetting and all. Thanks

    Wide open throttle help

    i was out riding today and I ran out of gas. But before I knew I had run out my blaster got like stuck wide open. Wouldn’t shut off even with switch and key. Eventually I stalled it by throwing it in gear. Is this “Normal” when you’ve run out of gas but still have the oil injecting into the carb?

    I am relatively new to the blaster, I just got it. Has a Full Dg exhaust, no lid on air box, but appears stock carb. Tors delete. What jets should I be running? Where should the needle be set at? It runs like crap in second gear from 1/4-1/2 throttle. First gear alittle boggy again in low...
