Yes rolls good got it running good and hard off a bump start but doesnt wanna run again

i have a 1989 blaster tors removed just replaced the reeds plug and cleaned the carb but takes a minute to kick over and once running its good in neutral but it barely gets through gears going super slow and has no power any idea to what it could be

Thank you also where should the nut be set on the new throttle cable on top of the carb and where should the thumb throttle be set twist in my case or is it all just a rough estimate

im replacing the right side clutch crank seals what is the best way to go about it? do i need to crack the case? a few buddies said id need to but i havent seen anyone talking about on any of the forums i looked up. but any help and suggestions to remove and put the new ones in is greatly...

Yes to everything but its an aftermarket silencer thank you also i have the tors disconnected if that changes anything
