Thank you all! Here's pic of the not-so-fancy-airbox. I basically detached the Maier box and moved it back a little for the larger carb.

ikr:eek: So I ended up swapping the cylinder for a new Niche. Praying it holds up. I honed the OEM but there was a little more wear than I expected for the stock bore size...a little piston slap chatter. So far the Niche has made it thru the heat cycles. Good compression and sounds great.

Sorry for the delay...had to checkout the Ironman MX national this weekend. Im still updating the list, but I'll post some more build pics and details. Thanks for the complement

Just wanted to share that I found the replacement sight glass \ oil level gauge if someone needs this. Of course I found myself in this situation once I discovered this was "not a replaceable part" in the diagrams. After researching and measuring the damaged original, i found this 25mm seal is...
