I bought a toomey exhuast off Craigslist and bought a 280 jet. Changed jet adjusted air mix, and changed needle clip.reinstalled.now it won't stop dumping fuel. If I disconnect the throttle body it stops I changed the jet back to oeibugal and changed the needle clip back to original. Still...

I was about to reinstall the clutch plate after removing the oil pump and I saw a little round spring on the floor under the clutch. I don't want to put it back together if that is supposed to be somewhere Has anyone ever heard of this?? It's possible that the spring is from something else...
