Never mind I ordered a 280, 290, 300, and 310

I have no odea how the jet sizes work, so can you give me a start with the following, and then I can work from there : k n filter, open airbox, fmf, vforce 4, 1000ft elevation, and 30 degrees thx.

Actually it was just not warmed up when I put the screw in. The problem was the TORS box has an arm that the throttle cable goes on to, and a shaft that goes through it, that hooks up to another cable that goes into the carburetor. Well those two arms were out of alignment, so my idle was way...

Do you drill a hole in both sides? Or just one hole in one side? Thanks

It runs and drives, but I have clutch slip as soon as the powerbamd hits. The plates looked fine, but when I put it together there was a friction plate that had a bigger diameter on the inside of it. Would this be causing my clutch slip if it’s not in the proper place? Also, where does it go?

It was because I had 2 ball bearings in it and they were jamming so I took one out and did the clutch plates and it worked. Thank you guys so much!

also, does the smooth silver one go on the outside, or the friction plate on the outside of the back and front?

which is the pressure plate? is it the smooth silver one, because there is one of those in first

Yeah, I didn’t have the correct one, so I took one out of a bike rear sprocket bearing, and that fit. I thought it fell out, and I put another one in. They are a tiny bit smaller than the real one, and there may be 2 in there, so maybe they are jamming against each Other?

so I was working on my blaster and I put new clutch springs in bc I was missing one. Now, the clutch is stiff as hell and it’s not releasing at all, just barely moving. I tried adjusting the cable, but it didn’t help. Please help me!

what would the jetting size be for a blaster with an fmf pipe, porting, and 30mm keihin carb? I’m at 1000ft elevation. Also, could someone plz link me to an eBay link with a jet kit, thanks

im trying to do a budget build with a blaster, but I want a 3mm stroker. Could I do just the stroker crank and not the $500 240 top end? Also, how much power would I be loosing versus the entire 240 kit?
