Carb is clean with oem rebuild kit...idles perfect great throttle response just can’t get the rpms up I’ve even re strippped the wires for a fresh connection...had it running amazing revving all the way up put all the plastics and bolts back in got about 40 feet down the street and tors came...

Took off flywheel sanded it down..put it back on did a trial and error with another cdi and coil and still can’t get it to rev up only thing I am thinking is maybe try a new harness?

Any possibility it could be my timing? I did replace stator with used oem not sure if that could play a part

Yea I spliced and got it done successfully on my 05 followed same steps for this 03 and like I said sometimes it rips other times TORs seems to still be engaged...should I test connection on anything or swap any parts? I have a 93 entire parts quad

Honestly I’m not sure what your talking about..I just drilled the hole and tapped it mine doesn’t sit as far in as yours

Hey guys did the tors Delete awhile back on the 05 finally decided to get rid of tors unit and threw on the vitos delete kit...tapped carb can’t get it to idle but bike runs mint any ideas? I’m thinking could be adjustment on throttle cable maybe?

Hey guys I’ve got the 03 blaster back on my list of things to take care of and it’s got the same problem...tors is deleted correctly the same way I’ve done on my other blaster.. but this one only runs sometimes...it will run perfect and then I park it or turn it off go to start it again and tors...

Plugs defffinatly dark I put above that I’m at 150’ elevation ...yamalube oil mixed 32/1 jet kit comes with 290-340 with a 30 pilot and new needle I’m thinking start at 300 and needle clip in the middle?

So I’m running a stock carb stock pilot 270 main jet air box off k&n filter with full fmf pipe stock needle...going to order vitos jet kit tomorrow but wondering where to start as a good base and then fine tune from there I am at 150’ elevation I can tell the bike isn’t hitting to it’s full...

Thanks will ohm it tomorow swapped out cdi and coil from running bike still didn’t fix the problem...it was weird I deleted tors bike ran mint next day wouldn’t rev so I did what i said in my previous comment above and still can’t get it to run right would any electrical component on the bike...

Parking break is deleted and yes tors was deleted correctly I did it same as I did on my 05 and that one runs perfect

So today took flywheel off cleaned up the magnets with a little sandpaper ...cleaned reeds again even though they were fine...started the bike it ran good for about a minute revved and idled and then started acting again as if the tors was engaged is this the sign of yet again another bad stator...

so the other night I deleted the tors on my 03 and it ran mint rode it around let it idle etc...shut the bike off and put it back in the shed it’s now 2 days later I start the bike and it is acting as if the tors is still engaged bike won’t rev..any ideas ? Reeds have been cleaned stator is good...

The chopping in 4th gear was happening for some time and he decided to do the rebuild kit..once the carbs were back in the bike it wouldn’t run after that it had the bogging issue we tried everything , even brought it to a shop and they couldn’t get it running right either nothing besides a carb...
