    I see the magnets are still on the flywheel when machining it. I'm guessing you take the time to properly clean them after the job is done, correct? I only point this out cause it may seem obvious but it's best to get every detail cleared up.

    try to make the shop cover the sh*tty job or Take it to another shop, bore it over to a new size and use Wiseco Pistons.

    Hp is nothing when you cant get it to go around an mx track. I have both quads, I know what Im saying when I say that the raptor 250 handles 10x better than a blaster.

    Your blaster also has yz engine if I'm not mistaken...so yea..not much of a comparison. And we are talking raptor 250, not the insanely top heavy raptor 660.

    UPDATE: I removed all the old gasket silicone, retorque to correct specs the stator cover seal, sealed all the rubber grommets with silicone. Made a test and so far the seal is NOT leaking. That is good news. Late I re-examined the cables and just as Awk said, the source might be water...

    Well that was dumb of me, I was looking under stator cover, not crankcse cover LOL. Thanks for the info awk, I definately over tighten those bolts. Ill give them tomorrow the correct spec and see if that fixes the problem.
