    I meant that it would stay real stead, not rev up like an air leak. Stock pilot jet, I took pilot screw out and checked o-ring, put some grease on it, moved clip to 2nd down and the idle screw worked again getting highest rpm at 2.5 out.

    Piston is perfectly fine. Just a loose bearing that allowed the weight to swing too far.

    I see where the case is machined for clearance, but there is a spot with a different pattern and a corresponding difference on the counterweight itself.

    I got the easy bearing out and there is definitely radial play in the bearing. Still need to pull the other bearing, I have new bearings, oil seals and Yamabond to toss it back together sometime this week.

    If I am looking at pictures right, it would need to be the clutch side Crank Seal leaking right? If It was the sprocket side it would just blow past the stator and flywheel. So I plan to take the clutch side apart and see if it's blowing from the Crank Seal......if not I am really worried...

    So I built my leak down tester. I can't even hold pressure, it's blowing right out of the output shaft, where the drive sprocket is. Should combustion even be getting there? This Blaster is turning into a money pit.
