OK so I fixed the kill switch..now my engine gets real hot after only 10 min ride or so I have stock everything on the bike is this normal.?

I meant it was never hooked up wen I bought the quad its just hanging there idk where it looks to.

Now when I have my quad idling it won't shut off even when I shut the fuel off .I don't have the kilswitch on I deleted it can anyone help y that is? Thanks

Yes there is enough compression..and for the float level how do I set that?.and yes I have the air screw 1 full turn n a half turn out..n yes the flywheel was loose when it came off the first time now it won't come off at all w.o the puller..will a stripped key affect it from starting ?

I still don't get y it would fire up with starting fluid and not off the gas then shut right off

The flywheel was already off. I just worked it off.

I just did another leakdown test n now I got air coming from behind the flywheel whts goin on??

The thing is when I would mess with the air screws it would idle rough then not idle at all and when I would ride the bike It sounded like it was riding really high in rpms so I adjusted it again n it would only started up if I kept messing with the air screw then the throttle went and it reved...

So u got any suggestions?

Yes I split the case and did a leakdown test.n yes but idk how else to get it started to see what the problem is

Yes I had it re bored and honed

So I was riding my bike today 2nd kick it would start but had to mess with the air screw to start it but it bog down on me n my throttle was really loose so took slide out n put back it it was fine now it won't start at all w.o putn starting fluid in it n it only runs for a couple secs idling...

No oil injection just pre mix n yes the transmission oil..excessive oil in the engine would that of caused the piston to break as well? Thanks and I just got a new piston from a local atv shop they gave me a 66 mm piston and it doesn't fit I measured the top of cyclinder from wall to wall and...
