    Sounds like marbles

Only about 20 hours on top end and now it's making weird noises, like there's marble rolling around in the there. Any opinions? Gotta leak down test it, and then possibly tear it down. Figured I'd ask you guys first.

    Yfz shock question

I can pick up a set of all 3 yfz450 shocks for some tattoo barter work, I know they aren't bolt in, but if I pick up a set of these gadgets, will they work well enough without jacking the front end to the third floor?

    Stock swing arm extension

I'm planning on eventually running larger tires and of course this presents an issue with heel guard clearance. I had an extra swing arm lying around so I took an opportunity to cut it in two for the purpose of making it longer. Here are a few pics of progress this far.

    Opinions needed please

I know everyone has their ideal preferences, but I figured I'd put this out anyway, to see what comes back. Currently, my blaster has 10" rims front and back. The tire sizes/choices are kinda limited for the rears but taking into consideration that I'm not looking for a speed demon and the trail...

Nothing super thrilling - DC conversion/LED lights

I just ordered a rec/reg (up to 180 watts) and some cheapy led lights (4 pcs 2" 10watt each, supposedly up to 1000 lumens per) off ebay. And with my new found knowledge I will be getting a battery soon and trying my hand at a low budget led light build soon. I'm considering even trying my hand...

    AC to DC lighting video

Hello all, been looking around on here for threads to help me with lighting solutions. Of course I've come across plenty of them , but being the totally clueless knob that I am- I found them to be beyond my ability and understanding..... Apparently I'm sharp as a bag of grapefruit. Fortunately...

Holes in Right side egine cases

I now have 2 dead blasters with holes in the right side engine cases under the crankshaft. One of them lost the top end and took the case with it. The other hasn't been disassembled yet but still has compression. Assuming the skirts didn't come apart, what causes this happen? Obviously if the...

    question about cylinder casting.

Just got a cylinder and head on eBay for $175. Supposedly it's a used Vitos 240, but on the side it had 195cc displacement casted onto it. By visual comparison and using a tape measure ,the stock piston is much smaller and the bore on the newly purchased head is a tad under 2 7/8". Any input...
