I bought a pod filter today for it.

Well right now it's the stock air box with the end cut off and a 2 3/8 inch pipe epoxied into the air box. Then i used a boot to connect the pipe to the carb. I know its not right. That's why i'm getting a cfm air box soon. The air box lids off also.

I was wondering if you guys could tell me were good jet sizes to start with would be because the guy before me thought it would be a good idea to scratch off the numbers. I have a ct header with fmf silencer, boyseen rad valve reed cage and reeds with spacer, uni filter, and the carb is a pj34...

I'm putting a 34mm keihin carb on my blaster and was wondering what you guys have done to mod the stock air box to work with that carb.

Look up yamaha blaster exhaust clamp on ebay. What ever you do don't try to jb weld it together or anything like that or you'll never get your exhaust off.

You don't have to delete the tors system but it can get screwed up and make your quad run like crap. I deleted mine and its nice because its easy to get the carb out now that i don't have that big box on top. The idle screw is on top of that box. That's why you have to get the idle screw. You...

I was just going to cut a wrench in half that fits on the bolt then weld a socket onto it and put the torque at 18 instead of 20 pounds because it would have more leverage. Also where do you buy a crows feet and how much is it.

Ya i'm gonna just gas a whole new gasket set because when i rebuilt it i didn't use a torque wrench.

I was running it some more and making sure it wasn't coming from anything else and luckily its coming out of the base of the cylinder. Thanks for your time and help.

I don't think its coming from the exhaust flange cause i can feel it coming out of the stator cover. I'll make another video tomorrow with it off.

Also i made sure it wasn't coming from the cylinder.

Ya I'm pretty sure its exhaust it was real smokey. What would i have to do rebuild the whole bottom end.
