I put a new top end on the bike brand new gaskets piston cylinder I cleaned carb real good tors plugs are cut and I'm getting no response tuning the carb it idles crazy high unless choke is on bogs real bad idk if the tors is making my bike act like this
My blaster is bored over to a 67mm bore I bought a fmf pipe for it and I have t6 -5 muffler I have the air box removed I brought a 280 main jet is this large enough and those any one have a flange for the Fmf pipe can't find one on eBay
Blaster smokes like crazy when i put tranny oil in it but wen i drain the oil. It smokes a little i think its letting oil into the crankcase my question is can change the seals with out spliting the case
the blaster starts up nice. but it idles very loud and in high gears its slow and weak it has the lid removed and it has a t6 muffler and stock exhaust everything else stock.
the question is were do i start tuning the bike should i change any jets and i also ordered a fmf fatty pipe
Traded my 97 kx250 for a 02 blaster that needed a top end i ported honed the cylinder put a 68mm weisco piston in it today i put it all back together as i kick start it cranks but the lever stays down i pull it back up n try again no pressure at all help me :eek:
