i have a DT200 with the original wiring harness off the bike i bought it off someone on here a while ago and never got around to doing anything with it i was told it ran when i got it looking to get 750 for it i would like to sell it local but i can ship it within the U.S.

Back when I put my blaster together I got the ASR LT arms and the heim joints at the time and the same thing kept on happening i went thru like 3 or 4 full sets then switched out to ball joints finally and gave up on the heim joints i'd be interested to hear how the new ones work out

when i put mine together i had a bad airleak around the intake boot going to the reeds someone had over torqued the crap outta my boot i ended up using silicone to get a good seal watch those youtube videos and make up a leak tester worth every penny unless you like doing engine rebuilds

i got some plastic mud guards to try and extend the front and rear fenders it looks like it should work unfortunately i wont get to do it until next spring I like my blaster but getting sick of looking like mud man and getting blasted in the face from the front tires on my quad

doing the KOR head mod and a pipe will do more than going to max over bore for sure

i have an 89 engine in a 2004 frame no issues at all the stator wiring is different but you can swap the stator out to work with your wiring on the frame as far as looking out for things cracks in the engine cases around the crank shaft and where the chain goes around the drive sprocket

+1 on the banshee spindles and ball joints all problems will go away with the those heim joints

Just for S and G's the last time i had my silencer off my trinity pipe i fired it up just to hear the 2 stroke greatness in its raw form and all i can say it it is absolutely ridiculous and it did sound great for about 5 seconds and as far as people hating on 2 strokes some of the new 4 strokes...
