    Yea I think its a good deal, it comes from a family that has oil in there blood like a 2 stroke haha. They take care of all there bikes and everything, they also have a 2006 special edition Banshee but its not for sale :(

    Exhaust Leak

    Yea just use the Copper RTV on the flange pipe piece and the inside lip of the header. put it together then let it sit for a day or 2.

    Gasket Makers : Permatex® Ultra Copper® Maximum Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket Maker That is what you will want to get to seal the leak, just be sure you sand the contact surfaces.

    Do you mean it's leaking where the header connects to the flange? I would recommend Copper RTV to seal it. I had the same problem with my FMF and that stuff sealed it right up you just need to let it sit for 1-2 days to cure.

    LRD silencer

    I also sent AWK a e-mail today and he said the same thing that most silencers should fit the non-adjustable LRD. I will now just have to create a bracket for the A-arm mount, that is when i get my pipe which should be in a day or 2.

    So will i need a special bracket to mount it to the A-arm or just use a silencer to make it stay in place? Thank you for the help on this!

    I believe it is the non-adjustable LRD. So I would have to line up the pipes and cut a silencer to fit most likely?

    I just got a LRD pipe, well the header and the flange but no silencer. What kind of silencer would fit this pipe? I have a fmf gold series exhaust atm and was wondering if that could fit on the LRD.

    I'm trying to find the specs for trenching, my friends dad will do it for a case of beer (he owns a machine shop). That would be cheaper then sending it to ken and paying the return shipping too.

    I would go with a 250r, my friend has one that is modded to the moon. I'm not sure which pipe he has but it can only run on race fuel. I think he said it was a 330cc bike now with a polished 50mm carb.

    Well I was thinking of doing the +3 a while ago. I talked with Ken and he said the +3 isn't consistent and suggested the +4 hot rod or his +6. Since they are about the same price I see it as an opportunity.

    I am thinking about getting a +4 stroker for my blaster, I know I'll need to trench the case. My question is how much will I need to trench the case? My friends dad owns a machine shop and he said he could do it for a case of beer, good deal right!

    Porting

    Yes he said I would be the 1st to get the +6 crank, but it's not cheap so I'm still deciding on what to do. I also have to send him my cylinder to get bored and ported plus the head mod.

    I called Ken today and he talked me out of getting a BBK. But he did inform me about a +6 Mil stroker that sounds pretty interesting. For now I think I'll just get porting done by him and possibly look into a +4 or +6 crank.
