RTV had about 6 hours to setup. Rechecked and no leak. Now it's in the garage for a good overnight setup.

sounds to me like the vent may be blocked. that would cause over pressure inside the casing which has to find a way out. it will find the weakest point. it also could be damage to the case. there could be a very small defect in either of the mounting surfaces. check both very closely for a...
