NEED HELP 02 Yamaha Blaster not running right

You might have an air leak on the clutch side crank seal. I would recommend doing a leakdown test to check for any air leaks on all the gaskets and seals.

    Broken case (Right side)

TL;DR Hole in right case half below balance shaft. Tranny fluid in crank case. Repair or Replace? Long story short, My Blaster started burning a lot of transmission fluid and lost compression last year. I parked it as I didn't have the time to do anything with it. Upon taking the cylinder off I...

Sounds like a mistake on my part lol. I'll have to mess with it tomorrow, as I did rebuild the carb recently. Thanks for the tip! ;)

Could it also be the cold weather? Mine just simply won't start in the weather we've had here lately. But, when the garage is really warm from the salamander the bike will fire right up with one kick.

    Why no signature pictures?

Ahh okay. I thought cbaber said that supporting members were just limited to signature lines/space but I could be wrong. I'll have to wait until I get my paycheck so I can become a supporting member.

These also seem like a good option for me. I ride mostly on flat land and could use some softer suspension to make the ride a bit more smooth.

    Pro Circuit Exhaust Flange.

Thanks guys. I'll just send them an email and hopefully I can get the flange kit soon. I got the bike running good, and this is my only set back. I:I

    Turbo

It seems like it would be too hard to do on a Blaster. You have to feed the turbo oil, and I don't think you could use the Blaster's oil pump for the oil injection as it most likely wouldn't supply enough oil to the turbo. I would love to see it done though. I saw the other guy's thread but...

    Pro Circuit Exhaust Flange.

Hello, I have a Pro Circuit exhaust system and have been unable to locate the correct flange. I made one from the stock header, but it's leaking now so I'm in search of the correct flange. I have actually tried contacting Pro Circuit for a week straight but heard nothing but excuses such as...

Those videos are very helpful, Thanks! I'm getting ready to install new gaskets soon. This time I'll be sure not to go too quick and do a leakdown before I start the thing up so I can address my problem and save myself from future headaches. Thanks for the welcomes too! I:I

I agree on the leak test. Right now I'm having trouble keeping cylinder gaskets on it. I can't figure if I'm not torquing the cylinder down properly or if the area where the cylinder meets the case is uneven.
