    tors is gone, compressions good, and starts instantly when i pop it however i went out this morning and it started right up, 3rd kick. later today, 2nd kick not sure how it wasnt showing spark yesterday and now its perfect maybe that plug just likes being in its hole

    the 2nd cdi box i know works, but couldn't rev up for some reason. i can pop start it right up, runs perfect not sure why it doesnt spark/start when kicking hate to pop start it all the time

    no, but the second set was sparking and running two weeks ago. put in a new crank seal and clutch yesterday, and no sparker tomorrow i will visually check every single wire

    ill clean the dust off of this thread can one wire a blaster just using this? i mean to totally re-wire and use just this diagram. i have no rear brake, no injection, no key so wiring this way would eliminate a buncha junk and possibly fix my no spark thank you!

    did you fully rebuild all of the bottem end? when you say slipping do you mean riding it around and when getting on the gas you can feel it slip?

    after replacing the seal did a leak test and it passed with flying colors. even sprayed window washer all over just in case but now theres no spark.. lol i dont get it stator ohms out right (even tried multiple ones), grounds are good, wires tested out, switches tested out, two different coils...

    seein 4 strokes doin backflips through the air made me wonder if they have to seal the oil seperetly to keep it from flying up into the bottom of the piston etc. at least riding a 2 stroke blaster i know i can backflip and not worry about oil, just maybe some gas coming out of the carb. :D

    ask the guy you bought it from if the ports were ever chamfered (when your piston goes upward imagine the rings caching the top of the ports, chamfering eliminates this) blew up one of my motors because the "technician" didnt do this my two cents anyhow not sure if vitos 240 needs that done
