Yea the oil/fuel mix is not the issue here. Im thinking your right, and ill have to diagnose the radiator. This can really be caused by many things

Did a leak down, there are no air leaks. The only thing i found is when i took the exhaust off the cylinder there looked like oil leaking and the O ring/seal was broke. This may not be causing the overheating but maybe it was the clicking noise i was hearing :-[

try lemon juice. otherwise there is rust remover you can put on and rub with steel wool then hose off, but if the rust has taken over the pipe then this wont work

it could be as simple as way to much oil mixed in which causes alot of smoking and you said it was shooting oil out the exhuast and smoking badly.. hmmm doesnt sound like tranny problem either. leak down test might be helpful but you may want to ask techy anyhow

is the oil tank separate or do you premix
