ya and it went up to about 95....my piston seems to have some play in it,, so im taking apart ,,rebuild time a guess..i have new piston on the way and i already have a set of rings..

would this make it not want to idle..tors is dissconnected,soaked and cleaned carb, and i can play with throttle wide open to keep it going for a mon the quits.

ok sorry for wrong info on the year,,may not make a difference, but its a 96 blaster, not a 98..... and bike doesnt even want to idle, i can hold it wide open and it stays low idle for a sec then it will quit.. im soaking the carb over nite and checking the reed valves and will go from there...

my 98 blaster starts hard but then idles fine once started...but wont rev up afterwards,,does this sound like a tors problem, cause it looks as if the tors is already removed or bypassed by previous owner..

blaster is A 98,,, and as far as i know the previous owner just cut the wires off and thats it...there is the wires and plug coming off the carb and thats it,,and the wire at the throttle has been cut off.

any chance you know how to bypass my tors,, or how to do it properly i guess....my bike idles butwont rev up.

is this because my tors is not hooked up, and could of been improperly unhooked as well.....if so would do i bypass it properly..

i would like to redo my entire wiring,,im afraid the previous owner has had his fun on trying to do so,,,,i have a 96 blaster ,and just ordered a new stator and would like to know where i can find the best wiring diagram to help me do this job,,,,thnks in advance..
