Turns out i forgot to install the reeds.. and the head wouldnt torque down properly because i forgot to put the washers on the stud nuts. and there was a gap between the cylinder cover and the head. :'( . Carb never needed adjustments.. it was just because it was running without reeds !haha

turns out...... i forgot to install the reeds when i put the new big bore kit in.. lol. its all goood

I just installed a 68mm cylinder and piston, it was running fine before i had the stock cylinder/piston, but now it wont run at all.. it will start but if you give it ANY throttle it dies out. :-/X( . Thinking it needs new jets, or pilot screw adjustment?
