I decided to go a different route on the front end. I got it all tacked up today.

I have the shock mounts, and upper a arms fabbed up. One of the brackets looks crooked in the pic but that was just the camera angle. I built some heavy duty shock mounts and got the 4 link all mocked up. I just need to weld a panhard bar to keep it from moving left to right. I also started building the front mounts for the a arms. Ill get some pics of that part up when I get home tonight.

I pretty much have to make an entire new sub frame because I found out there is a butt load of rust.

I started cleaning up the rear portion of the frame so I can weld all of the brackets on. I also pulled off the floor board pad and discovered an assload of rust. I am just going to cut it all out and have to re fab all the sub frame part that the seats and plastics bolt to.

I cut out some 1/8 inch plate and started fabbing the 4link mounts that will attach to the frame.

I got some 1 1/4 DOM tubing and some heim joints they are pretty simple just weld the bung into the tubing. This is pretty much how it will all mount up, and yes blaster hubs fit perfect on the buggy axle.

I picked up a set of Polaris Sportsman 800 rear shocks. They actually mount straight up to the old golf cart mounts, but I will probably have to cut the mounts and move the more towards the center of the rail to fit the more narrow axle mounting points.

I got the axle brackets partially fabbed up. These are rough when I'm done with the rear suspension I will clean everything up.

I have a few bottom ends where do you ride motoman i just moved to kissimmee. I was thinking maybe the clutch basket is hiting the case cover maybe something isnt seated right in the clutch.

I did check it and put a different one in and its still doing it

Nothing is bend Ive tried swapping out with a different kickstart assembley and the same thing happens.

I just replaced the clutch basket on a blaster and now the Kick starter is binding up. It gets stuck about halfway down and wont move. I have removed the case like 3 times. When I remove or even losen the case the kick starter pops right up and works fine. I dont think its the spring because I...
