Just wanted to pass my screw up on to others. I put one of those nice stubby vent hose with check valve on my blaster. I really like the looks of it. Problem is it can cause engine to run lean. I was venting the tank with two check valves. I don't know if this could ruin a motor or not...

I'm looking to get a 400ex rear and bushings for the next step. Just doing a bit at a time. Shocks we really soft but worked good. It took getting used to with different handeling. It's a work in progress.

Blaster rear shock.

I ordered used shee shocks for my blaster. Shocks fit nice and look ok. Problem is there doesn't seem to be much rebound damping. The shocks pop up really fast compared to the factory rear. I had to twist the preload to 4th setting. I should have listened and spent more $ and gotten...

I prefer snug. Your not torquing a lug nut down.:)

I just spent an hour filing the notches down on the clutch basket. Went to install it and found small amount of play between the basket and drive gear. This is rotational play. I found the full assembly from RM ATV for 150. That is clutch basket and gear. Will this new gear mesh with the...

Got it. This kit had one small plate. I got it all installed but need to pull it apart. I've got to file the ridges smooth on the clutch basket. So I don't need the cushion washer on install? Thanks Awk.:)

I just got a new EBC clutch kit. I'm confused with the order of parts. Does this kit install the same as the factory clutch? Do I need to install the old cushion ring? One clutch plate is smaller than the others. No instructions came in the kit. I do have a clymer manual for reference...

When the threebond is dry I will leak and compression test. That will be tomorrow night. I'm thinking the motor may be ok. Only time will tell. I report back tomorrow night.
