Ok thanks awk, when you said piston slap i was like oh sh*t.. but i personally i think its the little shaft for the oil pump sticking out the side cover, and the clutch is bad.. and the stator and the flywheel could also be the cause. removed both flywheel and replaced the stator

I do have the oil pump shaft installed, i also belive the clutch is shot.
