    Yfz or works????

The one benefit of the yfz's is that there comp & rebound adjustable so you can fine tune them where as the works aren't. If whoever is willing to valve the works for your weight then I'm sure they'd throw in a 1/2'' spacer to shorten the yfz's. I ran a set of yfz's on standard travel burgard...

I've owned an '86 lt, '90 lt and an '89 r. Motor wise the '90 suzuki is pretty compatable with an '89 honda. Either one can win in a drag. Suspension wise, I'd have to give it to the honda. The suspension is a little better imo. Add a set of shocks to both of them and the out come maybe...

    stock swingarm.

I've got a +3 atv fourplay swinger. I believe all of them are roundhouse swingarms. There also made out of oval tubing. A +1 isn't much but to adjust the chain it would be worth getting, imo.

    1988 trx250r

My brother owned it and cold seized it after riding it for a summer. He said he wanted to rebuild it but after it sat for 6 months he kinda lost interest in it so I told him I'd buy it if he wanted to get rid of it. $100 was what he told me. This thing was missing alot of parts though. Rear...

    1988 trx250r

The lowering kit that I made for it bolts on in about 30 min so most of the time I won't have it on and it'll be more of a trail/mx quad. It still uses standard trx shocks. I just want to take something to the drags that has a lil more power and the only other thing that I can do to the blaster...

Click this if u don't have heel guards

I've tried using heal guards and whenever I'd land off of a jump my heals would slam into the guards. I actually dented one of my aluminum guards, so no guards for me

What have you done to your blaster today

I'm working on setting mine up for some drag racing. Heres what it looks like with some stock trx250r front shocks and the stock rear shock with a lowering kit on it.

    Anyone ever tried these?

You don't want or need a 6 ply tire for mx. You want something lighter. More weight = more power to turn it
