    yes the stock head looks identical to a vitos. but the vitos does not have the y-1 symbol on the underside of the head. also just cause that cylinder looks like its never been run doesnt mean it hasnt been get a engine shop to measure and make sure of the bore size and that it is still in round.

    the vitos bbk does not come with a weisco. i repeat does not come with a weisco. they quit making 72mm pistons for the blaster. the vitos kit comes with wossner which is a german piston it is also forged and also great quality.

    did you do a compression check? and it may have spark but is the gap ok? might not be enough spark to light. also could it be flooding? maybe a floats stuck. also check and be sure nothing is clogging the exhaust or air filter may also stop it from starting

    the alluminum jug that is on there has had a little port work done albeit not the prettiest but it would suffice. however whoever resleeved the cylinder never opened the ports on the sleeve to match that of the jug. it needs cleaned up big time.

    I agree with civic. That's a good starting point for a stock Carb. But an imported Vito's kit ur probably gonna want a 30-32mm Carb. And then a ported go 34-35mm to really open it up
