I got contact with Mark to see if we could get his files back. But it dont look like has has them anymore! So sad:(!
He had a bunch of cool stuff...
Could be a it250 head. Some of them have 2 plug holes.

If it is a yz250 head then its cut for a 70mm piston, when a blaster is 66mm.
Is the chamber in the yz head shallower then the blaster head?
I dont know anything about the offset. Never looked into it.
There are a lot of heads that will fit. It looks like you got a old yz head?

Got my Christmas bonus check weeks ago!;)
Welcome to the forum!
The Elka Legacy shocks are basically Elkas older design steel body shock!
Hense the name LEGACY!
Definition for LEGACY. Anything handed down...
I have a tester like this now. When I use that adapter thing it gives me a different and lower number.[ATTACH]
Yes your tester could be bad! I rebuilt a motor because of a bad tester. After I rebuilt the motor and finished the brake in I did a compression...
The Chinese shocks are nowhere near the same as the Elka shocks! That's a insult to the French shock company!
